SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Kats Coffee Korner text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in, you agree to these terms. See also our SMS Opt-In page and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

The Program sends order and pickup updates and loyalty messages (stamp progress, earned rewards, and occasional offers) to customers who opt in. Message frequency varies.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in by providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts at checkout, or by replying YES to our invitation message. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

3. Cost

We do not charge for the Program, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.

4. Opting Out

Reply STOPto any message to cancel. You’ll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

7. Privacy

8. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we’ll update the effective date above.
